Win a 5-litre growler from the Real Draught Beer Co.

It’s a debate that will never end, a question as old as time itself (or at least as old as the invention of glass bottles): which is better, draught beer or bottled beer? There’s a time and a place for both  and while beers that benefit from ageing are probably better from the bottle, in general, when I’m out, I prefer to go for a draught pint. One of the reasons I always give is that it’s a special experience – I can drink bottled beer at home and am not a huge fan of paying R50 for something I could be sipping in my hammock for R25. But what if you could drink fresh draught beer in the comfort of your own home?

Want to win this awesome little guy?

The Real Draught Beer Company specialises in bringing draught beer to your office party, your restaurant, your event, your home or indeed, your hammock. They rent and sell kegerators, kegs, lines, taps or for smaller setups (like, for example, your hammock), they sell awesome stainless steel growlers. Well, they call them growlers but since they come with a mini CO2 canister and an attached tap, calling it a growler is kind of selling it short. This is a mini keg and bringing it to a party will instantly make you the most popular person there.

And guess what – you could win one of these 5-litre growlers, worth R2295. Yes, you could win the chance to be the coolest person at the party (not that you’re not already, of course). So do I have your attention? OK, here’s how to enter:

First, you head over to my Facebook page. You find the pinned post (it’s right at the top – not much finding involved really). You share the post and you tag a buddy that you’d share your first growler fill with. You can also tell us what you’d fill it with – it’s nice to know what people are enjoying. And don’t forget to like the Real Draught Beer Co. Facebook page. I cannot emphasise this enough – you must like their page or you will not be eligible to win. And then you wait until Friday July 6th, when the most awesome person at the party will be announced.

Good luck and drink good beer!
