It is a performance that will make musical history. The second in the six-strong series of Karaoke Collabs features Kennel Brewery’s Paul Freysen giving the mash guitar performance of his brewing/musical career. The song is Bed of Roses by Bon Jovi. The beer goes by the same name and is a 7% ABV stout with cacao nibs and rosewater. Watch the brewday video (yes, we were actually brewing while this was going on) and then join us at Woodstock Winter Beer Fest to taste the finished beer. And may you emerge from the fest with less of a hangover than Jon Bon had when he penned this song.
